At Solvenow Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Director to lead our projects to success. With a strong background in engineering and construction management, you'll oversee our most complex projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 per year, with a 10% annual bonus.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering projects valued at over $50 million. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with our safety policies and procedures.

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled leader who can:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion;
  • Collaborate with our on-site Superintendent to ensure contract conformance;
  • Oversee the implementation of our Quality Control Program;
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including change orders and cost control adjustments;
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings and final walkthroughs;
  • Supervise staff, set performance expectations, and provide feedback and training;
  • Ensure regular on-site presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or Architecture;
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager on projects valued at over $50 million;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
