Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and other production equipment to ensure sustainable operation.
- Conduct process improvement and problem-solving activities to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and technical drawings.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical and electrical background, with experience in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
