Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team at Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company. As a Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining business in support of Dynacraft goals and objectives. You will coordinate efforts across several business disciplines, develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, and demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and engineers for Dynacraft products.
  • Model designs for both customers and Dynacraft proprietary products.
  • Develop and maintain assembly drawings on truck-related components.
  • Develop bills of material, labor estimates, and product cost estimates.
  • Conduct product qualification testing and prepare test schedules and reports.
  • Resolve issues related to quality or manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to find the best-performing products while reducing costs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an industry-related role.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with Creo/Windchill.
  • Excellent teamwork philosophy, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating bills of materials for the introduction of modern designs.
  • Experience coordinating prototyping of parts.
  • Experience specifying testing and evaluation of results.
  • Experience coordinating supplier activities and directing production pilot activities.
  • Product development and program management experience.
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and tracking skills.
  • Attention to detail with a "big picture" focus.
  • Willingness to learn and make use of new engineering processes and techniques to solve complex technical problems.
