POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assembling and managing delivery packages while executing various fulfillment-related duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assemble delivery packages according to client specifications and ensure timely dispatch to meet quality standards.
2. Complete all necessary confirmations and checklists to maintain precise tracking and security of package flow and location.
3. Adhere to all security and audit protocols as mandated by company policies to safeguard client information.
4. Document and escalate any issues to relevant parties to ensure accuracy and completeness of output.
5. Maintain operational readiness of all distribution equipment, including routine cleaning and user maintenance.
6. Prepare packaging supplies as needed to ensure continuous production readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Capability to multitask without compromising the quality or integrity of packages.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

WORK SCHEDULE: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST
