As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for completing maintenance service requests and work orders, including HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete maintenance service requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
  • Assist with apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins
  • Work safely and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors
  • Ability to work nights and weekend shifts as part of the on-call responsibility
