Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mini Bar Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper levels of inventory, securing all Mini Bar supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of Mini Bar inventory, restock products as needed, and charge guests according to hotel policy.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure cleanliness and organization of Mini Bars, communicate with other departments to meet guest needs, and handle complaints professionally.
- Education and Certification: High School diploma or equivalent, alcohol awareness certification, and/or valid health/food handler cards as required by local government agencies.
- Experience: One year experience as a Room Service Server preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand during entire shift, exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
