TRENTINI Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team at TRENTINI. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.

This is a unique opportunity to become an expert in training and developing team members, while also mastering the skills needed to move into the Agency Director role. You will be paid weekly, with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
