We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BSC - Cherokee County, GA. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and record patient vital signs
  • Dress wounds and maintain patient hygiene
  • Monitor patient reactions to medication and report to supervisors
  • Administer medication and nutrition as prescribed
  • Adhere to patient daily routines and oxygen therapy
  • Accompany patients to doctor appointments (day shift only)
  • Establish effective communication with patients and families
  • Use medical equipment such as catheters, nebulizers, and oxygen supplies
  • Record food and fluid intake and output
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, and repositioning

Requirements:

  • LPN license in the State of Georgia
  • 3 years of experience as an LPN
  • Ability to write routine reports and maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable vehicle and clean background
