- Manage the financial aspects of our bars and beverage outlets, including revenue and payroll budgets.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all aspects of our bars and beverage outlets meet our high standards for quality and safety.
- Monitor and control the quality of our beverages, ensuring that they meet our standards.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, including those related to food and beverage preparation and service.
- Training and Development
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and other departments, ensuring that we are working together to achieve our goals.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including Food and Beverage, to ensure that we are providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Education and Experience
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
- High school diploma required.
- College course work in a related field helpful.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Previous supervisory responsibility required.
- Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
