Pre-Op Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Op Registered Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Pre-Op RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients from the preoperative to the surgical phase.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer pre-surgery medications as necessary
- Evaluate admission documents and identify emergency procedures
- Coordinate nursing care to include the collection and analysis of assessment data
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide basic bedside care, including IV therapy and maintenance of medical equipment
- 2 years of recent acute care experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
