Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Clinical Integration to join our team at Partnership HealthPlan of California. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strong understanding of clinical integration, healthcare operations, and program development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day direction to the Clinical Integration Team, ensuring alignment with department goals and objectives.
  • Oversee team performance management, including onboarding, annual performance evaluations, and staff development.
  • Coordinate activities with Health Equity, Quality, Member Services, and Population Health departments to identify, track, and monitor alignment for Care Coordination activities.
  • Develop and implement improvements to enhance workflow and performance of staff.
  • Prepare reports on departmental activities, including formal regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, DHCS standards, and licensure requirements.
  • Participate in strategic goal setting and develop annual goals for individual performance.
  • Act as a role model and resource to colleagues, staff, and members across assigned regional offices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of clinical experience; five years of managed care experience preferred.
  • Effective leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and functions within the organization.
