Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team at Thrive. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting and demonstrating products or services, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate products or services to customers effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve knowledge of products, sales techniques, and industry developments through ongoing training and self-development.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to secure new business and close sales effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
  • Commission-Based: Experience working on a commission-only basis and being considered a 1099 employee.
