We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team at Thrive. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting and demonstrating products or services, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.

- Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate products or services to customers effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services.
- Professional Development: Continuously improve knowledge of products, sales techniques, and industry developments through ongoing training and self-development.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to secure new business and close sales effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
- Commission-Based: Experience working on a commission-only basis and being considered a 1099 employee.
