Special Education Educator for Children with Unique Needs

The Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Katie Miller & Gateway Academy. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for providing individualized education to students with special needs, developing lesson plans, and reporting progress to the Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities:- Supervise teacher/teaching staff and provide guidance and training
- Become a liaison between school systems to assist with community integration
- Meet Title I/TACC regulations to maintain annual funding
- Possess a teaching certificate in the state of Tennessee
- Must have a current special education certificate
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
