About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As a Cytotechnologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by analyzing cell samples and identifying abnormal cell growth.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze cell samples to identify abnormal cell growth and diagnose diseases
  • Prepare and examine cell samples using various techniques and equipment
  • Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and technologies to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Cytotechnologist (CT) or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
