As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and attractive environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

**Responsibilities**

  • Clean and disinfect patient and non-patient care areas, adhering to our rigorous 7-step cleaning process.
  • Practice infection control guidelines and safety precautions to ensure a healthy environment for all.
  • Maintain equipment, storage rooms, and environmental closets in a neat and organized manner.
  • Identify and report equipment needs, building interior, and function repairs to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures, as well as our Service First principles.
  • Complete assigned goals and maintain hospital-required competencies.

**Requirements and Preferences**

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Preferred 3 years of experience in healthcare housekeeping.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written, oral, and verbal formats; ability to write legibly and record information accurately.
