Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Longwood. As a key member of our facility's maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our residential areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Inspect and ensure that all rooms are cared for and meet our standards.
  • Protect equipment and report any damage, deficits, or disturbances to superiors.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests in a professional and patient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of consumables and report any issues.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and company practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds unaided.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to work shifts and weekends.
