Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Neurosurgery Nurse, you will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare. Your responsibilities will include:
- Specializing in neurosurgery and advanced spine care, collaborating with top-tier neurosurgeons and medical staff to provide outstanding patient care.
- Delivering care to patients experiencing cerebrovascular accidents, transient ischemic attacks, and syncope.
- Utilizing your nursing expertise to coordinate, supervise, and implement comprehensive care plans for critically ill patients.
- Practicing autonomously in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
- Assessing patient and family health needs, leading the development and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Providing professional nursing interventions to adult patients in acute care settings.

Full-time employees can access up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current RN License in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of nursing experience.
