We are currently seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead our onsite teams effectively. This role is pivotal in collaborating with various stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Operations Directors, to ensure that all construction projects are executed with precision and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee planning, scheduling, and management of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
  2. Foster strong relationships with project owners, architects, and regulatory officials to facilitate smooth project execution.
  3. Maintain a master project schedule, ensuring all construction activities align with critical milestones.
  4. Enforce safety protocols and work regulations for all personnel on site, ensuring compliance among subcontractors.
  5. Manage quality control processes and coordinate with testing agencies to uphold project standards.
  6. Supervise the documentation process, including daily reports, inspections, and safety audits.
