Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to lead our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and bidding processes, with proficiency in estimating software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop detailed cost estimates.
* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather and review project data and pricing.
* Prepare and present accurate bid proposals, including material and labor costs, overhead, and profit margins.
* Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and ensure accuracy.
* Evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals, negotiate pricing, and select appropriate subcontractors for projects.
* Monitor industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to update and refine estimating databases.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
* Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction, with a strong background in estimating and bidding processes.
* Proficiency in estimating software and tools, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
