Institutional Insurance Investments Liaison

As a key interface between investment managers, BOLI producers, stable value providers, and key clients, you will be responsible for monitoring investment manager performance and communicating investment strategy and performance between the investment managers and BOLI brokers and clients.
Responsibilities include: serving as the subject matter expert and primary contact person for all investment related matters pertaining to MassMutual\u2019s BOLI/COLI business line, researching and preparing presentation material for presentations to groups and in one-on-one meetings, directing responsibility for relationships with external investment management firm relationships, answering broker and client one-off questions regarding the General Account, interest rates and the impact of economic events on MassMutual, participating/presenting at broker/client conferences and visiting individual clients\u2019 needs as needed, and responsible for investment reporting/analysis aspects of $5 billion in assets of BOLI separate account and hybrid accounts for clients.
Requirements include: strong knowledge of full range of investment asset classes and experience articulating investment approach and philosophy, experience managing relationships with external investment managers and/or vendors, experience working in a functional area of a financial services firm that provided exposure to investment terminology and applicable analysis, proficient at reviewing and analyzing both written and numerical materials, demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and build credibility with internal stakeholders, brokers, advisers, clients and prospects, and ability to facilitate and present at broker/client conferences as well as in one-on-one meetings.
