Salary and Benefits
As a Frontline Selling Sales Manager, you will receive an estimated salary of $45,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses. Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales professional to join our team at one of our award-winning resorts. As a Frontline Selling Sales Manager, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face presentations, establishing rapport with prospective and current owners, and generating sales through transactions and closing techniques. No cold calling is required, as all leads are prequalified and provided by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the luxury travel industry. You must be able to maintain production standards, overcome objections, and perform within a short sales cycle. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred. Additionally, you must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or be able to obtain one.

Benefits and Compensation
In addition to your salary and benefits, you will also receive weekly base pay and uncapped commissions, plus monthly bonuses. During the initial training period, your hourly wage will be $16.85, which will increase to the state's minimum wage after completion of training.
