Your Role

As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of West Columbus, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to our guests, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Supervising and guiding our LPNs, STNAs, and other team members to ensure exceptional care.
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest.
Requirements

We're looking for a nurse with:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting (preferred, but not required).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our guests.
