Job Summary

The Special Procedures Technologist plays a vital role in the interventional pain management team at Mission Hospital. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support patient care during procedures, maintaining a sterile field and providing high-quality images for proper visualization.
  • Assist the physician in establishing and maintaining a sterile field, adhering to principles of ALARA to protect patients and staff.
  • Provide compassionate patient care, maintain a clean work environment, and perform other duties as assigned, including post-operative patient care and inventory management.
Requirements
  • ARRT Registered in Radiography
  • BLS Certified
  • Five years' experience preferred
  • Special Procedures or Surgical experience preferred
  • C-Arm experience required
