Beebe Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team through our Graduate Nurse Residency Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant, coastal community and support the health of our patients while advancing your nursing career.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of subordinate personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient responses.
  • Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Valid/Active Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date)
  • Successful completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma Nursing Program
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association
