About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our recruiting team at Velocity Ventures.

As an intern in recruiting, you will play a key role in helping us identify and attract top talent to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the recruiting team with daily tasks and projects, including maintaining our shared recruiting mailbox and responding to incoming inquiries.
  • Act as a contact person for employees in daily business and within projects, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support in the interview process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with good academic performance.
  • First-hand experience through internships or part-time jobs in a corporate context, ideally in the HR department.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 environment.
  • Independent and reliable work style, an open and friendly demeanor, and a quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Commitment and openness to new challenges and a desire to learn new things.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building your own network.
  • Fluent German and English skills (C1 according to GER).
