Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and implement care plans as directed
- Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Identify and report significant changes in resident condition and take necessary action
- Oversee and monitor nursing staff to ensure optimal care delivery
- Initiate and complete incident reports and discharge residents as per facility policy
- Collaborate with the Director of Nurses and Administrator to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
