Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Oversee the on-site workforce, ensuring adherence to timelines, progress tracking, and resource management.
  • Develop accurate cost projections for labor, materials, and supplies.
  • Engage with clients and collaborate with the management team to align project goals.
  • Organize the delivery of materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Establish work schedules for employees and subcontractors to optimize productivity.
  • Recruit additional subcontractors as needed and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive daily log of site activities and report findings to management.
  • Adjust operational strategies as required to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Adopt and implement management techniques that are both cost-effective and efficient.
