Position Summary:

As a Mixologist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by creating and serving a diverse array of beverages. Your expertise in mixology will shine as you craft cocktails that not only tantalize the taste buds but also embody the spirit of our farm-to-table philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Engage with patrons to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Utilize your creativity to mix ingredients and develop signature cocktails that reflect seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new drink recipes to enhance our beverage menu.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in operating a computerized Point of Sale system.
  • In-depth knowledge of drink preparation techniques and bar equipment.
  • Familiarity with local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit are required.
Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new software systems related to bar operations.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication abilities are essential.
