We are currently seeking an Electrical Operations Supervisor to manage all electrical systems, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives within the Wisconsin Centrifugal facility.

This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency of all electrical and electronic apparatus.

Moreover, the Supervisor will be tasked with long-term strategic planning for electrical projects and will oversee the electrical components of broader initiatives.

This position includes supervisory duties over electrical personnel across all shifts and involves direct participation in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.

Additional responsibilities encompass managing administrative functions related to electrical systems and personnel management.

Furthermore, the Supervisor will oversee contractors as necessary, guiding their efforts to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completions.


Required Qualifications


Candidates should possess a solid electrical background, ideally holding an Electrical Engineering degree or having 10+ years of experience in a foundry or similar industrial setting as an Electrical Supervisor.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems is essential. Experience with control systems, instrumentation, and electrical distribution networks is preferred. Project management experience is an added advantage.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.
