We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Supervisor to oversee all plant electrical systems, repairs, and improvements across the entire location. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all electrical equipment is operational and well-maintained
  • Develop plans for long-term electrical projects and oversee their execution
  • Supervise a team of 8 electrical technicians across different shifts, handling recruitment and training
  • Manage administrative tasks related to electrical systems and personnel
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely project completion within budget

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of direct electrical experience
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing controls, instrumentation, and electrical distribution systems
  • Background in project management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are required
