Our company specializes in residential renovations throughout the Bellevue and Puget Sound regions, focusing on home remodels, additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, hardwood flooring, and roofing for both commercial and residential properties. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily meetings with the Operations Manager to discuss project progress, updates, client concerns, and material requirements.
  • Analyze project scope and estimates to create a comprehensive project timeline. Organize and oversee the crew's daily assignments.
  • Determine product and material lead times for selected items and establish order dates as part of the project schedule.
  • Allocate project resources effectively.
  • Track project progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Promote a clean and safe work environment by implementing a workplace safety protocol.

The ideal candidate must possess basic tools and a suitable vehicle for transporting tools, materials, and equipment. Willingness to travel to various job sites daily is essential.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or residential remodeling.
  • Experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
  • Knowledge of demolition, electrical, and plumbing work.
  • Proficiency in framing, trim work, and installation of windows and doors.
  • Experience with tile work and cabinetry, roofing, siding, and a desire to learn new skills.

Education:

  • High school diploma or college degree with a focus on business management.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
