Electrical Technical Specialist Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As an Electrical Technical Specialist, you will provide technical expertise to our maintenance and operations teams to resolve product flow issues and provide technical leadership and training to our craft employees. You will also be responsible for providing technical solutions to recurring design, process, and application problems, and analyzing equipment and process data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical troubleshooting skills to maintenance and operations teams to restore product flow
* Provide technical leadership and training to craft employees
* Develop and implement technical solutions to recurring design, process, and application problems
* Analyze equipment and process data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions and system improvements

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
* Minimum of 3 years of experience with electrical systems and controls utilized in industrial applications
* Experience in installing, programming, and troubleshooting AC drives, DC drives, and Programmable Logic Controllers

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
* 5 years of experience with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles
* 5 years' experience in product and process failure analysis and an understanding of world-class manufacturing techniques such as lean manufacturing, FMEA, RCM, SPC, TQM, etc.

Job Details:

The Electrical Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our maintenance and operations teams to resolve product flow issues and provide technical leadership and training to our craft employees.
