About the Role:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team at UT Health Jacksonville. As a professional caregiver, you will use the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for a group of patients for a designated time frame.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Current Texas RN License must be maintained.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
