Block Advisors Multi-Unit Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Unit Team Leader to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple tax offices, leading a team of associates, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices
- Build an engaging team environment by training and coaching associates
- Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions
- Conduct timely performance reviews and resolve associate issues
- Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates
- Create associate work schedules and ensure accurate timekeeping
- People management experience with a proven track record of growing and developing associates
- Demonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead towards a growth culture
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or high school diploma with equivalent experience
