Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district near Mineola, Texas. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students of various ages and abilities, providing individualized support to help them develop effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Assess and evaluate students' communication skills, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • ASHA certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with a similar age range
  • Active Texas state SLP license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
