The heart failure nurse provides high-quality patient care, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practices, with a focus on coordinating patient care activities and maintaining standards of practice.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a nursing program
  • New graduates of a nursing program eligible
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
  • BLS certification required
  • Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
