RN - Inpatient Heart Failure Specialist

Job Summary:
The Heart Failure Integrated Practice Unit at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Heart Failure Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with heart failure, utilizing evidence-based practices and nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients with heart failure, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
