Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a CRA, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with investigators and site staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clinical trials simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of study milestones and maintaining high-quality data.
  • Conduct site visits to assess the suitability of trial sites, ensure compliance with protocols, and train site staff on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trial execution.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of trial activities, including monitoring visit reports, contact reports, and follow-up letters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including medical writers, statisticians, and project managers, to ensure trial objectives are met and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience in a clinical research environment.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CRA in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP regulations, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
