Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technology Incident Manager. This role will be responsible for coordinating the restoration of technology or Information Security incidents as quickly as possible, following enterprise policy and procedures for Incident Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the investigation, containment, and resolution of technology and security incidents, including cyberattacks, data breaches, and other security & technology incidents.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) and After Incident Reports (AIRs) are appropriately documented and collected, and lessons learned are incorporated into the processes for future awareness.
  • Foster a culture of incident understanding, awareness, and preparedness within the organization through training and education initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels during and after an incident, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats, technology trends, and continuously update incident response strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including vendors, Technology, Security, Legal, business lines, Operations, and all required stakeholders, to best understand the appropriate response/audience and severity of incidents.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully managing incidents.
  • Strong understanding of incident response methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in working with Incident and Change Management systems.
