Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Citizens Teller. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, including features and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience processing transactions, including cash and digital payments.
  • Motivational and team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Process-oriented, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
