The VCU Health Department of PM&R is actively seeking a dedicated physician with expertise in outpatient rehabilitation medicine.
Qualified candidates should have completed residency training at an accredited institution and hold board certification or be board eligible by the American Board of PM&R. Strong clinical and academic qualifications are essential, along with proven capabilities in initiating clinical programs and effective communication and leadership skills. A collaborative team-oriented approach is vital.
Experience in promoting and working within a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment is highly valued, along with a commitment to fostering inclusivity. Teaching experience at both the resident and medical student levels is preferred, as is an interest in research endeavors.
