Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Technical Leader to oversee the overall architecture of our product, ensuring it meets business needs while accelerating the delivery of key features.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing engineering teams, driving innovation, and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement architectural designs that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery
- Mentor and coach engineering team members to promote individual and collective growth
- Ensure production uptime and quality, implementing measures to prevent downtime and improve efficiency
- 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager
- 6-8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience working in GCP environment
- Knowledge of GoLang, TensorFlow, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
An attractive annual salary ranging from $165,000 to $230,000, commensurate with experience
