Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience
  • Manage guest accounts, including setting up new accounts, blocking rooms, and preparing key packets
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to Omni's Moments of Service and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Contribute to the overall success of the front desk team by working collaboratively and maintaining a positive attitude

A competitive salary of $17.50 per hour (1st/2nd shift) and $18.50 per hour (overnight shift) reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our goal is to attract and retain top talent who share our passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.
