Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Guide, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store. Your tasks will include preparing titles, loan documents, and taking down payments. You'll also take customers on test drives, demonstrating vehicle features, and provide solutions to complete the purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all forms of communication and paperwork prior to a customer visit and in-person to provide solutions and complete the purchase.
  • Collaborate with Managers and other Customer Experience Guides to delegate tasks and responsibilities, meeting customer and company needs.
  • Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company expectations.
  • Understand and execute company directives, initiatives, and expectations.
  • Make phone calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, and educate potential customers about their options.
  • Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
  • Open and close the dealership when needed.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
