About the Role

This clinical staff position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Perioperative Nurse, working closely with patients and medical professionals to provide high-quality care in the operating room environment.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions, and contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective direct care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices to improve patient care and safety.
  • Participate in recruitment and retention efforts to maintain a skilled and diverse nursing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of Registered Nursing experience preferred.
  • Valid Registered Nursing License required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000, commensurate with education and experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual qualifications and location.
