Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement compensation plans and quota letters for the global sales organization.
• Develop a deep understanding of Swoon's sales compensation strategy to assist in creating and administering sales crediting and compensation plans, design, and policies.
• Research and resolve questions related to crediting and commission calculations, including processing adjustments in the commission system.
• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly commissions and attainment management analyses.
• Create training materials and deliver presentations on commission policy, process, and related documentation to the global sales teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to participate in yearly compensation planning, including feedback review, plan design, and financial modeling.
