Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the department and staff to achieve quality service and performance goals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet corporate, hospital, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide high-quality patient care and act as liaison with patients and their representatives
  • Promote teamwork with physicians and healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs
Qualifications
  • FL RN license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Associates Degree; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of acute care director experience in cardiovascular services leadership
  • Manager experience in cardiovascular unit; Cath Lab Director/Manager experience preferred
  • RCVT certification preferred
