Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Lead Barista to join our dynamic front-of-house team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and the finest coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and baked goods, maintaining our standards of excellence.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration and enjoyment in the workplace.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge about our products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of barista experience is required.
• Proven supervisory or management experience is essential.
• Must possess a valid CA driver’s license.
• ServSafe or Food Handlers certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A passion for food and coffee, with a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability on weekends, specifically:

• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Compensation

Salary is competitive and based on experience, plus tips.
