Job Summary:

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families. This role is responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The RBT will work closely with the BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and provide feedback to the BCBA and other team members. The RBT will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with families and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA-based programs as directed by the BCBA

• Collect data on client progress and write progress notes

• Assist the BCBA in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Provide feedback to the BCBA and other team members on client progress

• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Work Environment:

This role will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality services to children with special needs. The RBT will work closely with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide support to families. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
