Job Overview

  • Determining project specifications and negotiating contracts with external vendors
  • Obtaining permits and licenses from relevant authorities
  • Planning and scheduling construction operations to meet deadlines and budget constraints
  • Acquiring equipment and materials and monitoring stock levels
  • Supervising laborers and contractors and providing guidance as needed
  • Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports

Requirements include:
